At the time of the 1900 census, he was a farm laborer in Burnet County, Texas. By the time of the 1910 census, T. B. owned his farm in Burnet County, Texas, free of any mortgage. It was listed as a general farm. He gave his father's birthplace as Germany in 1910, 1920, and 1930. He mistakenly gave his mother's birthplace as Germany in 1910, but listed it correctly as Texas in 1920 and 1930.

Used Theodore Benj Wall and signed T. B. Wall on WWI draft registration. He was working for himself, farming, stock raising. He was still farming a general farm at the time of the 1920 census. By the time of the 1930 census, the family had moved to Marble Falls, Burnet County, Texas. T. B. owned his home valued at $13000. He was a real estate agent. Two orphan children were listed with the family: Kathleen Cox 17 and J. B. Cox 9. They and their parents were born in Texas.

Kathleen's nickname was Kiddo. She married Coy Miller and resided in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, at the time of T. B.'s death. J. B. Cox lived in San Diego, California.

The funeral was at Marble Falls Methodist Church. The tombstone has T B Wall.
