Bobby's birth record shows the parents as Clint Allen Head and Floy Lee Davis. They were his aunt and uncle and were childless. They adopted him and he became their legal heir. His obituary lists his birth parents, W. B. Head and Gladys Womack,.instead of his adoptive parents. The sister Jeanne listed in the obituary is the actually birth child of W. B. and Gladys.

Funeral service Bobby Frank Head, 78 ,of Snyder, TX will be at 2 PM Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. John Bollinger , Lutheran Minister from Sugar Grove North Carolina officiating. Interment will be in Hillside Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Head died at 8:54 AM, on Monday, November 10, 2008 at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder, TX. He was born on Tuesday, October 21, 1930, in Scurry County, TX , to the late W. B. and Gladys (Womack) Head. Married to Ethel Haygood on 06/16/1951.

Mr. Head had lived in Scurry County most of his life. He was a rancher and had worked for many years at R. E. Smith.

He is survived by: His wife: Ethel Head of Snyder, Texas. One Daughter & Son-in-Law-Lou & Laddie McMillan of Snyder, Texas, One Son & Daughter in Law-Rodney & Gina Head of Colleyville, Texas. One sister and Brother in Law: Jeanne and Roger Kennedy, Arlington, TX

Two grandsons & their wives-

Kurt & Michelle McMillan of Abilene, Texas and Chad and Mollie McMillan of Snyder, Texas and Grandaughter-Leeci Head of Colleyville, Texas and Grandson-Clint Head of Colleyville, Texas

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
