Willson.   General Notes: In 1920 he was farming in Mills County, Texas. In 1930, he was a day laborer for the railroad. In 1935 and at the time of the 1940 Census, he lived along Highway 16 in Mills County, Texas and was farming. Daughter Gloria remembers that the family lived across about 3 blocks west of Hwy 16 at the time. (The information given on the census was from a neighbor...most likely Mike Carter.) Harvey ran the city of Goldthwaite garbage collection for many years until about 1969. Harvey married Florence Elmyra Harris, daughter of James Wesley Harris and Sarah Adaline Head, about 1915. (Florence Elmyra Harris was born on 23 Dec 1891 in Center City, Mills County, Texas,6 7 died on 7 Mar 1968 in Goldthwaite, Mills County, Texas 8 9 and was buried on 8 Mar 1968 in Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery, Goldthwaite, Mills County, Texas 5 7.). The cause of her death was intestinal obstruction with gangrene/post operative adhesion of the small bowel.
