Mrs. Charlie Hill
Mrs. Charley Hill died August 23, 1948, in Goldthwaite at the age of 59. Her funeral was held August 24 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church at Goldthwaite. Interment followed in the Center City Cemetery. Rev. Joseph L. Emery, pastor of the Goldthwaite Baptist Church, was in charge of funeral services.

Mrs. Hill was born September 8, 1888 in Mills County, near Center City. Forty-six years ago, she was converted and united with the Center City Baptist Church. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Goldthwaite at the time of her death.

Mr. and Mrs. Hill were married March 14, 1925.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Hutchingson, two sisters and a brother.

She is survived by her husband, two sisters, Mrs. J. E. Williams of Hamilton and Mrs. E. J. Davis of Mineral Wells, one brother, Pete Hutchingson, of San Antonio, two nieces, Mrs. J. D. Hunter of San Angelo and Miss Irene Davis of Mineral Wells, and one nephew, Raymond Hutchingson of Hamilton. ²
