Louise married Pius Pausewang, son of John Pausewang and Annie Duering. (Pius Pausewang was born on 10 Mar 1876 in Germany,^{3 4} died on 9 Oct 1949 in El Campo, Wharton County, Texas ³ and was buried in St. John's Cemetery, Taiton, , Texas ³.). The cause of his death was malignancy or adenocarcinoma of lower jaw with metastasis to face, neck, chest and lungs.²
