General Notes:
Steven died in the crash of a small plane piloted by RJ Lukas' son, Ron. Also killed in the crash was Ron's wife, Lisa, and Steve's roommate, Eric. They were flying from Carson City, Nevada, to Stockton, California, to visit Bobbie and RJ. Ron had just recently attached floats for water landings to the plane. The plane crashed high in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and it took 11 days to find the site of the accident. The motor was buried in dirt and the plane was completely burned.
