Cecil Ray, 84, of Grandview passed away May 4, 2015 in Ft. Worth. He was born November 20, 1930 in Johnson County to Cecil and Myrtle Head Ray. He married Doris June Forsyth on November 26, 1956 in Johnson County.

He served in the United States Marines during the Korean War and worked for the USPS as a mail carrier before retiring. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, June Ray and one son, Daniel Ray. He was preceded in death by his parents.
