![]() General Notes: John served 2 terms as Sheriff of Fannin County. He with his wife and 6 children moved to Fannin County, Texas circa 1859 and farmed alongside son in law George Washington Brosius. They returned to Graves County, Kentucky circa 1868, then returned to Paris, Fannin County, Texas circa 1877 and operated a boarding house. The Anderson's moved to The Grove, Coryell County, Texas circa 1884 and farmed until John Bailey Sr.'s death. ![]() Additional Information: • Military Service: Captain, Company Beat No 4, Fannin County 14th Brigade. 2 ![]() John married Nancy Narcena Eaker. |
