  General Notes:

At the time of the 1910 census, Hal was living with his mother in Marble Falls, Burnet County, Texas. He was a salesman for furniture and hardware. When Hal registered for the WWI draft on 5 Jun 1917, he was working as a clerk in Hundley Marris Co. in Marble Falls, Burnet County, Texas. He had a wife and child. He signed his middle name as Ray. His step father, A.W.M. Crownover did the registration. At the time of the 1920 census, he was still working at the hardware store. By 1930 the Hal Anderson family had moved to Oklahoma City. Hal, age 43 was assistant auditor for the State of Oklahoma.

Hal married Lois Lorinda Wilson, daughter of Dr John Frank Wilson and Agnes Priscilla Britton, on 30 Aug 1911. (Lois Lorinda Wilson was born on 14 Jun 1884 in Texas 8 9 and died on 29 Apr 1956 in Austin, Travis County, Texas 9.). The cause of her death was adenocarcinoma, sigmoid colon with hepatic metastasis.6
