Cause of her death was pulmonary edema due to bronchitis, heart failure and nephritis. ![]() General Notes: On the 1910 census, Ada was shown as single and as head of household which included her parents. She was farming in Burnet County, Texas. She owned her farm free of mortgage. In 1920 Ada was living in her own home in Marble Falls, Burnet County, Texas and working as a telephone operator. On the 1930 census, Ada's home in Marble Falls was valued at $1200. She was not employed. Her niece, Eliza Franklin, took care of her in her old age and was the informant on her death certificate. |
