At the time of the 1920 census, she was newly wed to Robert Denniston with one child, Adrian. They lived in Burnet County, Texas. At the time of the 1930 census, Ima was living with her parents J. H. and Molly Frasier and brother Wilson in Burnet County, Texas (Spicewood and Marble Falls Road, referred to as Double Horn road or County Road 404 in 2011). She was listed with her children Adrian, Cathilene (sp) and Florene. The census showed her as widowed, when in fact she was divorced.

Bowles

Ima Frasier Bowles, 86, of Marble Falls, died Feb. 3.

Bowles was born June 3, 1895, in Burnet County to Henry Frasier and Molly Sims. She was a housewife.

Funeral Services were held Feb. 5 at the Clements-Wilcox Chapel in Marble Falls with the Rev. Murray Johnson officiating. Interment followed in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery near Marble Falls.

She is survived by two sons, Lee Roy Bowles Jr and Adrian Denniston, both of Marble Falls; two daughters, Flo Bridges and Kathleen Heffington, both of Marble Falls, 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Irene Frasier, a brother-in-law, Max Kinser, numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy Bowles Sr., and son, Donnie Bowles. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
