James (Shorty) Aubrey Lee, 77, of Hamilton died Thursday at a Temple hospital.

Services will be at 1 P. M. Saturday at Riley Funeral Home Chapel in Hamilton, the Rev. Doyle Combs officiating. Burial will be at Pottsville Cemetery near Hamilton.

Mr. Lee was born March 25, 1908, in Indian Gap. He was a former gocery store and gasoline station owner. He was a veteran of World War II. Mr. Lee was Married to Morine Bryan on November 26, 1924, in Hamilton. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Hamilton.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Larry Lee of Houston and Joe Lee of Evant; two daughters, Dorothy Harris of Hamilton and Betty Goldfuss of Arlington; two brothers, R.F. Lee of San Antonio and Leroy Lee of Baytown; two sisters, Violet Ward of Livingston and Ura Huffman of Goldthwaite; 11 grandchildren; and eleven greatgrandchildren.

Social Security had his last residence as Hamilton, Hamilton County, Texas.
