GOLDTHWAITE - Anna Merle Covington, 75, died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, in a Hamilton hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Covington of Goldthwaite; children Mike Covington, Richard Covington, Debra Ward and Jennifer Thompson, all of Goldthwaite, and Cheryl Kohns of San Angelo; and sisters Mary Nelle Kelso and Katherine Miller, both of Goldthwaite.

Anna married Jerry Dean Covington, son of Walter Covington and Linnie Warren, on 5 May 1950 in Center City, Mills County, Texas. (Jerry Dean Covington was born on 16 Apr 1932 in Pleasant Grove, Mills County, Texas, died on 7 Dec 2015 in Brownwood, Brown County, Texas and was buried in Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery, Goldthwaite, Mills County, Texas.)
