Cocke County, Tennessee Will Book 4, pages 301-302, Mrs. Emiline (sic) Faubion Will dated April 30, 1926. Requests depts be paid; burial, and tombstone at Forest Hill Cemetery, Cocke County. Bequeaths to step granddaughter Rubie Emiline Balch "whom I have raised" the house and lot in Parrotsville "being all the realestate I now own." Includes furniture and contents. If Rubie Emiline dies without issue, all property bequeathed to her to be equally divided among Emiline Faubion's living relatives or their heirs.
