WILL OF MATTHIAS WALL FAUBION
The Last Will and Testament of M W Faubion, Deceased I, M W Faubion, do make and publish this as my last will and testament thereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.
First. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts if any, be paid out of any money that may die possessed of as soon after my death as possible. I also direct that tombstones be put to my grave.
Secondly, I bequeath to my wife Emmaline Faubion two hundred dollars in cash and all the land north of the Greeneville and Newport road, said land to be hers during life or widowhood. She is also to have the use of half the barn and cribs. I further will and bequeath to her two horses and one waon, one cook stove and fixture and half the rent of the store house, also one year support of corn and wheat and bacon.
Thirdly, I give and bequeath to W M BALCH all the land lying south of the Greeneville and Newport road and after Mrs Faubion death the whole of the farm. I further will and bequeath to him one half mills and fixtures.
Fourthly, I give and bequeath to ANDY HOLT and DELLA HOLT the remaining half the mills and fixtures.
Fifthly, I direct that my executor collect all my notes and accounts and after the above provisions have been complied with that the remaining money, if any, be equally divided among the bodily heirs of MARGARET JANE BALCH.
Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint JOSEPH HUFF my executor. In testimony whereof I do to this my will set my hand this the 24th day JULY 1906.

P. S. I further will and bequeath to my wife Emmaline Faubion my buggy and harness to be hers during her natural life or widowhood, and it together with the wagon and harness, and faring tools are to become W.M. BALCH'S property in the same way and manner as the land which is herein left to MRS FAUBION. I further will and bequeath M. W. BALCH all my bedding and household furniture this AUGUST 29, 1906.

This was the last will and testament of M. W. FAUBION, deceased, proven in open court by the oaths of W.E. BIBLE and W. R. NEAS subscribing witnesses thereto, and the court being satisfied that said late will and testament was properly proven, the same was admitted to probate, and the clerk was ordered to record said will in the will book of Cocke County Court this SEPT 19, 1910.
