Newspaper Article: Worker Suffers Fractured Hip in Ladder Plunge. T. O. Mann, 841 North Center Street [Stockton, CA], suffered a broken hip and a sprained ankle at an early hour this morning when he slipped and fell from a ladder while working at the Delta Warehouse. He was treated by Dr. Frank McGuire at the Emergency Hospital and later removed to Dameron Hospital. According to police officers who investigated, Mann was climbing on the roof of the warehouse to help wet it down to keep burning embers from the Taylor Mill fire from setting fire to the building when the accident occurred.
Newspaper Article: Thomas O. Mann -- Funeral services were held Monday morning in Wallace Chapel for Thomas O. Mann, who died Saturday at Dameron Hospital after three weeks' illness. San Joaquin Lodge of Masons was in charge of services with Rev. Benjamin Smith of the First Christian Church conducting the religious rites. Mrs. Orr played sacred selections on the organ. Interment was in Rural Cemetery. Mann, who was a salesman employed locally, was born 65 years ago in Missouri. His home here was 841 North Center Street. He is survived by a widow, Mrs. Ethel Amick Mann, and a son, Thomas Mann.

Marriage Announcement in Paper: Married at Great Falls, Montana-Miss Ethel Amick of this city and for many years one of the most popular teachers in the public schools here, was married to Oscar Mann, formerly of this place, at Great Falls, Montana, on August 12th. Miss Amick went to Great Falls some time ago and while visiting there was wedded to Mr. Mann, who is engaged in business in the British northwest. Following the wedding Mr. and Mrs. Mann went to Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, where they will make their home. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Amick of 1223 River Street [Canon City, Colorado] and is a talented and accomplished young woman with a multitude of friends here who extend to her their heartiest congratulations. For twelve or thirteen years she was an instructor in the Canon City schools and in that capacity endeared herself to pupils and patrons alike. Mr. Mann is the Canadian agent for the firm of Fairbanks, Morse & Company and has established for his principles an excellent business in that country.
