General Notes:

When Frank registered for the WWI draft, he was a minister at the Christian Church in Kidder, Missouri. He was single. He claimed an exemption because of varicose veins. At the time of the 1920 census, Frank was a preacher in Moberly Ward, Randolph County, Missouri. He rented his home. At the time of the 1930 census, he was minister at the Christian Church in Burlington Junction, Nodaway County, Missouri. He was renting his home for $20 a month.

Frank married Lillie Lee Roberts, daughter of Cyrus J. Roberts and Emma Jane Vaughn, on 23 Oct 1917 in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.¹ (Lillie Lee Roberts was born on 28 Mar 1892 in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky,¹¹ died on 14 Feb 1921 in Saint Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri ¹¹ and was buried in Highland Cemetery, Hamilton, Caldwell County, Missouri ¹⁰ ¹¹.). The cause of her death was acute dilitation of stomach following operation for appendicitis.⁹

Frank next married Rose Jane Roberts, daughter of Cyrus J. Roberts and Emma Jane Vaughn. (Rose Jane Roberts was born in 1898 in Kentucky.)
