A Good Woman Has Gone To Rest

The ruthless hand of death has darkened the happy home of John H. Donehoo, of Champion, and taken from him his beloved wife. Mrs. Donehooo was born at Chepultepec forty-three years ago, and died March 15th, 1912. She was married to John H. Donehoo August 1891 and the good Lord trusted to their care four children - three sons and one daughter. She leaves a heart-broken husband, two sisters, two brothers and a host of relatives and friends to mourn their loss. She professed faith in Christ and joined the M.E. Church, Souith, while very young and lived a worthy member up to the time of her death. She was truly a devoted wife, a loving sister, a patient, tender mother and a good neighbor. Before her marriage she was Miss Ludie Ingram, daughter of the late Capt. A. J. Ingram. May God comfort the bleeding hearts. The funeral services were conducted at the Methodist church in Oneona Saturday morning, after which the remains were laid to rest in Liberty cemetery.
