   Cause of his death was lower nephron nephrosis due to chronic glomerulonephritis; hemorrhage of kidney.⁴

   Another name for Alonzo was Alonzo Lawn Smith.

  General Notes:

When Alonzo registered for the WWI draft on 5 Jun 1917, he was working as an assistant miller for Crawford Rolled Mill, owned by his father. He was single. At the time of the 1920 census, Alonzo rented his home in Stephenville, Erath County, Texas. He drove an express truck.

His death certificate showed that he was a welder and had served in WWI. His last residence was Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexido. His wife was the informant.
