I James D. George of Calloway County State of Missouri, being in a sane mind do make this my last will and Testament, this second day of August, eighteen hundred forty four.
I give bequeath to my wife, Susan H. George all of my estate consisting of land, Negroes, Town property, whatsoever else of goods, chattels, notes, accounts, and monies, I own this day in possession of, and any claims I may have not now in possession with power to sue for recover the same-also, the said Susan H. George shall have full power to sell convey bona fide any or all of said property if desired by her. And whatever of said property its increase may be left indisposed of by her at her death, shall be equally divided among my children by her or their lawful heirs.
