![]() General Notes: Unofficial lists give his arrival date to the US at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as 1788. He would have been 17, quite young to be considered the primary immigrant. This may be evidence for his father instead, which would include him. ![]() Samuel married Mary Spencer, daughter of Col John Spencer and Mary Elizabeth Holihan. (Mary Spencer was born about 1775 in , Bedford County, Pennsylvania and died on 4 Aug 1822 in Altoona, , Pennsylvania.) |
