Cause of his death was advanced pulmonary tuberculosis.2 
General Notes: He was born in Ödestugu parish where his father, A. V. Lindquist, was a shoemaker by trade. He immigrated to the USA in 1910. When he registered for the WWI draft on 5 Jun 1917, he was not yet a citizen. He was a freighter and farm laborer working for Hokanson Bros. in Elroy, Travis County, Texas. (Also, noted in Swedes in Texas, page 748.) He was single and living in Del Valle, Texas. He made a trip to Sweden in 1922, returning 27 Jan 1923 on the Drottningholm to New York. He was a farmer. His destination was Austin, Texas. His death certificate showed that he was a carpenter working in building construction. He lived in Elgin, Bastrop County, Texas, his last 15 years.
Bror married Mabel Minna Blomberg, daughter of John August Blomberg and Ida Christina Anderson, in 1923. (Mabel Minna Blomberg was born on 25 Dec 1899 in , Travis County, Texas,6 died on 8 Jun 1978 in , Travis County, Texas 4 6 and was buried in New Sweden Lutheran Cemetery, Travis County, Texas 5.) |
