  General Notes:

Johan Free and his 11 year old son Sven August Free came to America in Novermber 1870 on the Coral Queen. His emigration record showed that he was from Barkaryd, Jönköping Län. He departed from Göteborg and arrived in New York. According to Swedes in Texas, he settled in New Sweden in 1883. His daughter Anna came in 1887 and his grandchildren Anna and Helga Peterson and Oscar Free came in 1905.
