MRS. ROBERT LEE BOYKIN
Margrett Emily Hardy was born in Alabama January 22, 1865, and died August 31, 1943.

She came to Texas when about 15 years of age, and was married to Robert Lee Boykin on Dec. 20, 1883, who preceded her in death in 1939. To this union were born seven children, five surviving, two girls and three boys: Mrs. Nettie Arnold, Sulphur Bluff, Texas; Lennie McKinley of Goldthwaite; Jeff Boykin, Littlefield, Texas; Will and John Boykin of Star. Twenty-four grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren also survive, together with other relatives and a great host of friends.

She professed a faith in Christ and united with the Methodist Church early in life and lived a lovely, consistent Christian life to the end. ³
