His mother was born in Tennessee. (On the 1930 census, he showed Louisiana for both.) At the time of the 1910 census, Frank was a general farmer in Kerr County, Texas. He was paying a mortgage to own his farm. His brother Bert A., 40, lived with them and was a farm laborer, working out. When Frank registered for the WWI draft on 12 Sep 1918, he was a stock farmer in Hunt, Kerr County, Texas. His wife Leacy was his nearest relative. (Short, medium build, brown eyes, black hair) At the time of the 1920 census, Frank was a farmer in Kerr County. His nephew Albert Willeford, 11, was living with them on South Fork and Live Oak road. At the time of the 1930 census, Frank was a stock farmer in Kerr County. His widowed daughter Antoinette Stone and granddaughter Josephine were living with them. Antoinette was the informant on his death certificate.
