Emma Arlene Locke of Goldthwaite, Texas passed away September 10, 2011 at Goldthwaite Nursing Home & Rehab in Goldthwaite, Texas. She was 68 years old.

Emma was born August 23, 1943 in Modesto, California to Norval William Elzey and Irene Bush Elzey. She married Gene Locke in 1987 and has lived in Goldthwaite for the past 24 years. Emma was a homemaker.

Graveside services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Oakview Cemetery, Mullin, Texas. Bro. Doug Holtzclaw will officiate.

Survivors include her husband Gene Locke of Goldthwaite, Texas; two sons Kenneth Hinckley and Bradley Hinckley; daughter Donna Haynes; step-daughters Christine Locke and Jennifer Locke; step-sons Gene Locke Jr., and Johnny Locke; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandaughter; two sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law.
