Cause of his death was uremia, benign prostatic hypertrophy, multiple vesical diverticuli.2 Another name for Mack D. was Mack D. Lacy. 
General Notes: At the time of the 1900 census, Mac was a farmer in Burnet County, Texas. He owned his farm free of mortgage. He was surrounded by brothers and his mother's families on the 1900 census page. His occupation was shown as information clerk at Capitol on the death certificate. His son, W. B. Lacy, was the informant.
Mack D. married Eula Zoe Green, daughter of Gustavus Edward Green and Rebecca Millison Fowler, in 1893. (Eula Zoe Green was born on 29 Mar 1875 in Texas,1 died on 11 Dec 1907 in Marble Falls, Burnet County, Texas and was buried in Marble Falls City Cemetery, Marble Falls, Burnet County, Texas.)
