Millard Earl Collier, 91, of Cleburne, Texas, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2020, in Cleburne.
Born June 13, 1929, in Center City, Texas, he was a son of Archie Collier and Glady Elder.
He married Bonez Wasserman on July 21, 1950, in May, Texas.
He was a machinist for Santa Fe Railroad, and serve in the U.S. Marines during the Korean Conflict.
He was a member of the Methodist Church, and the Masonic Lodge in Rio Vista.
Surviving are his son and spouse, Jimmy Collier & Sheila of Cleburne; his brother, Jerry Collier; his six granddaughters; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and his sister-in-law, Wynona Head of Goldthwaite.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie Collier & Glady Elder Collier; his wife, Bonez Collier in 2017; his daughter, Benita Kingston; and a brother, Richard Collier.
Graveside services, with Paul Tatum officiating, were held Saturday, July 25, at Duren Cemetery in Mills County, Texas, followed by interment there.
Pallbearers FC were: Lane Jones, Dakota Mitchell, Peyton Perry, Jimmy Hatcher, Glenn Anderson, and Tony Riojas. Arrangements were under the direction of Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home in Goldthwaite. 1
