William "Bill" Edward Cain, 67, of Marble Falls, Texas died November 11, 2009. Born September 21, 1942 in Irving, Texas, Bill was the son of J.D. & Myrtle (Clark) Cain. He retired as a firefighter for the City of Irving .

Bill is survived by his wife, Bonnie Cain of Marble Falls; sons: Allen R. Cain & wife Angie of Rowlett, Steven Lloyd Cain & wife Joanie of Midlothian, & Troy David Cain of Grapevine; grandchildren: Krista, Meaghen, Brett, Cody, Brittney, Amanda, & Hayden; great grandchildren: Hannah, Harmony & Liam; step-brother, Gary Williams; sisters: Donna Williams & Connie Holmes and step-sister, Betty Beasley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sharon Smith.

Visitation will be Friday, November 13, 2009 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Memorial service will be Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Smithwick Church of Christ at 1:00 PM with Linvel Baker and Hank Lewis officiating. Pallbearers are Willis Lewis, Ray Coe, Sidney Stapleton, Harold Nicholson, Ray Grudowski, Randy Fry, Ralph Allen Clark, Dwayne Faith. Honorary pallbearers are Wilford Fry, Tommy Fry and Butch Sylvester.

William married Bonnie Faye Cantwell, daughter of Andy Monroe Cantwell and Mary Alice Davidson, on 12 Aug 1961 in , Burnet County, Texas.¹ (Bonnie Faye Cantwell was born on 17 Jan 1942 in , Terry County, Texas, died on 20 Feb 2015 and was buried in Richland Cemetery, Smithwick, Burnet County, Texas ⁴.)
