Georg Christian Friedrich Giesecke

  General Notes:

Christian had 6 sons and 5 daughters. One son drowned while skating at age eleven in Germany. In 1846 the entire rest of the family immigrated to Texas with two sons in law and 6 grandchildren. They landed at Galveston 13 Dec 1846 and moved to Washington County near Brenham.

Georg married Ernstine Friederike Stahrenberg on 18 Apr 1816. (Ernstine Friederike Stahrenberg was born on 30 Nov 1796 in Germany and died on 10 Feb 1882 in Texas.)
