An aunt Annie Minor, 2 boarders and a servant were part of his household. His birth date was shown as Feb 1862. It is Jan 1862 on the tombstone. He was not listed on the census with the rest of the family in 1910 or 1920 in Bedford County, Virginia.
At the time of the 1930 census, Daniel, wife Lucy, and daughter Francis were renting their home in Washington, DC, for $100 a month. Daniel was a lawyer with his own office.
